Technical Analysis

the game had some glitches with limbs looking all wonky and body’s being distorted or even invisible. This would usually fix itself after a cutscene or when you would restart the game. Some people experienced falling through the floor which I never experienced in this game but have in their previous spiderman game. Somepeople also had their game crash and not save from where they were, and this usually happened when playing for an excessive amount of time, again I have yet to experience this in the game. 

The overall polish was great, the game didn't feel buggy or glitchy for the most part. The game felt finished and was one of my favourite games to play this year, the motion was fluid and the mechanics were exactly what you would hope for. Besides the random broken animation the game didn't appear to me to have any other bugs or glitches.  

Reviews: Spider-Man 2 was received by players extremely well, with scores ranging from 8-9.5/10. This game was near perfect and it seems like fans and critics agree with me, which is rare to have a game pose so well with so many people. It is a game I would recommend. 93% of people liked this game and it was nominated for game of the year which many were disappointed it didn't win. Between the three games to have come out from insomniac it is pretty much a consensus that spider-man 2 was by far the best one. That was an extremely difficult thing to say, because Spiderman and Miles Morales were so good, and some of the best story games that we have received on the playstation.
